There are two universities in Brighton. Sussex University, which is in Falmer and Brighton university which has several campus in the area.
I study at Sussex University. It is a great multicultural university. It is well connected. You can arrive to Sussex university by train (to Falmer station) or by bus (there are 4 bus routes).
On campus there a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees
