How to find a job in Brighton

With the crisis, finding a job is becoming more and more difficult. Not only because the jobs offered are less but also because the competition for those jobs openings is increasing. That is why our strategies to find a job need to be revised.

In Brighton the variety of jobs is quite large. It is not London, but the amount of jobs and diversity is considerably big. Or at least that is my perception. Especially in certain areas like IT, catering, cleaning, tourism, waiters, etc. This is because the highly employed population in Brighton is always changing. Or at least many of them. There are many students and temporary visitors.

There are certain rules about finding jobs in Brighton. The first option is looking the relevant websites, for example, FridayAd.co.uk, gumtree.co.uk, craiglist, guardianjobs, Wired Sussex. Another form which is very overlooked but it is very effective for easy jobs, is to walk around and ask.
